Important Notice
Our plans are digital products intended to be delivered as downloadable PDFs after successful payment and plan generation. Due to their nature, we have specific refund conditions. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
When We Offer Refunds
Technical delivery failure: If you were charged but did not receive your plan due to a technical error on our end.
Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan.
Payment errors: If your payment went through but a technical issue prevented delivery and we are unable to resolve it.
Unresolved server issue: If plan generation still fails after up to 3 retries and email fallback within 24 hours is not completed.
When We Don't Offer Refunds
After delivery: Once you have received your plan, we cannot offer a refund as the digital product has been delivered.
Change of mind: We don't offer refunds simply because you decided you no longer want the plan.
