Refunds for technical failures only

Important Notice

Our plans are digital products delivered instantly after purchase. Due to their nature, we have specific refund conditions. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

When We Offer Refunds

  • Technical delivery failure: If you were charged but did not receive your plan due to a technical error on our end.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan.
  • Payment errors: If your payment went through but a technical issue prevented delivery and we are unable to resolve it.

When We Don't Offer Refunds

  • After delivery: Once you have received your plan, we cannot offer a refund as the digital product has been delivered.
  • Change of mind: We don't offer refunds simply because you decided you no longer want the plan.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@curiefit.com with your purchase details
  2. Include your order ID (found in your confirmation email)
  3. Provide the email address used for the purchase
  4. Briefly explain the technical issue you experienced
